Selected Images will be scanned, processed and then returned to the Photographer. Each selected image will have a FogStock label containing FogStock’s image number. This is to inform the photographer that the image has been selected by FogStock and has been placed online. Photographer should maintain a file of images selected, in numerical order, in case FogStock needs to locate the original image. Photographer may personally license usage of images selected by FogStock, but may not, under the terms of the FogStock contract, place images or their similars with another agency.
