FogStock sells images from three collections:
Royalty Free: Competitively priced imagery licensed for multiple use.
Rights Controlled: Licensed imagery for one-time use, for one year.
Fog Gallery: Selected fine art quality images. Rights controlled imagery licensed
for one-time use, for one year.

Begin the buying process:
1. Start with an image search. The FogStock advanced search tool allows you to search by collection, subject, category, artist, hue, orientation, and image number.
2. Scroll through your search results. Click on an image to enlarge it and view purchase options.
3. To add the image to your Lightbox, click on the Lightbox icon. You can view this image later, or e-mail a copy to a client or colleague.
4. To buy an image first choose an image resolution/use from the scroll down menu.
For Royalty Free choose: low, medium, or high resolution.
For Rights Controlled and Fog Gallery Images choose: editorial medium resolution (1/2 page), editorial high resolution (full page), advertising medium resolution (1/2 page), or advertising high resolution(full page).
Image Resolutions. All images are in highest quality compressed JPEG format. These images will automatically uncompress in an image application program such as Photoshop to the following sizes:
Low resolution 1 --1.5 MB
Medium resolution 10 --15 MB
High resolution 25 --35 MB

To buy an image immediately, click the Quick Buy icon. You will then proceed to Checkout.
To add this purchase to an order, and continue shopping for other images, click the Add to Shopping Cart icon.
To have the image burned to a CD and shipped to you, click the Custom CD icon.
When you are finished shopping, click on any Shopping Cart icon or the
View Cart navigation bar from the navigation panel on the right-hand side of your monitor. You will proceed through the checkout and purchase process.
All images you have purchased will be available to download from your Download Manager for ninety days. The download manager is accessed by clicking the Account Login on the navigation panel on the right-hand side of your monitor. From your Download Manager you will be given download instructions for PC and Macintosh.
If you order a Custom CD, you will receive your disk in two to three days depending on the shipping method you choose.
